Service Description. This Site describes International Spices, Caribbean Spices, African Seasoning Blends, International Specialty Groceries, African Food provided by Islands Roots Market & Spices. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Islands Roots Market & Spices disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Islands Roots Market & Spices's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Islands Roots Market & Spices in the 12 months preceding the claim.
